200 Cheers for Cast: The cast of the long-running NBC series “Cheers” arrived Tuesday in Boston, the hometown of the show’s fictional neighborhood tavern, for a week of activities to celebrate the show’s 200th episode. Cast members are scheduled to participate in a series of activities coinciding with the airing of an hourlong retrospective special Thursday night. A motorcade of the “Cheers” cast through downtown Boston will be followed by a rally on City Hall Plaza.
