FOUNTAIN VALLEY — A man suspected of drunk driving triggered a three car-accident that left a pedestrian seriously injured Sunday, police said.
Police said a car driven by Theodore Woltanski, 46, of Huntington Beach rear-ended a Cadillac at Ellis Avenue and Magnolia Street, sending the front car into a pedestrian who was entering the crosswalk and into the path of another car that was crossing the intersection, police said.
Police said the pedestrian was seriously injured and had to be airlifted from the scene, but no name or condition was available. No other major injuries were reported, police said.
