18 Fillies, Mares at Los Alamitos

Fillies and mares will be in the spotlight Saturday night at Los Alamitos as two divisions of the Grade I Las Damas Handicap will be the featured events on the 13-race program. Each race will have $40,000 in added money and will be contested over 400 yards. The first division has come up very tough as the three highweights, Lil Bit Rusty, Isaws Sugar Bear and Winning Guarantee will head the field of nine. The second division will be headed by Tempered Glass.

Lil Bit Rusty will carry 124 pounds as the high weight of the 18 fillies and mares entered.
