Angelus League girls:

Mater Dei 4, Bishop Amat 0--Trisha Abe, Diana Awadallah, Alison Salinger and Kim Donohue each scored for host Mater Dei (14-3-2, 4-0). Becky Thomas had four saves in her sixth shutout of the season.

Empire League girls:

Los Alamitos 6, Katella 0--Jenny Reyes, starting her first game after missing the first half of the season with a back injury, scored Los Alamitos’ first four goals and assisted on the fifth. Erin Ryan also scored twice and Kathy Skoglund had five saves in her 11th shutout of the season for visiting Los Alamitos (12-3-2, 2-0-1).

Garden Grove League girls:

La Quinta 3, Rancho Alamitos 0--Jennifer Boston had three saves in her third consecutive shutout for host La Quinta (4-5, 3-0). Stefanie Stucker had one goal and two assists.

Freeway League girls:

Sunny Hills 2, Troy 1--Fullback Jamie Gardiner dribbled about 55 yards and scored the tie-breaking goal midway through the second half for host Sunny Hills (13-0-1, 3-0). Rhonda Partida also scored for the Lancers, ranked fourth in Division 3-A. Colleen Kinnane scored in the second half for Troy (6-2-1, 0-2-1).

Century League girls:

Foothill 8, Santa Ana Valley 0--Amy Hardy scored two goals and Andrea Chambers, Denise Maram, Kari Maeda, Julie Ehret, Kelly Brown and Kathy Shortall each scored one for host Foothill (8-6-2, 2-0-1).

Orange League girls:

Anaheim 1, Valencia 0--Letitia Challenger scored for visiting Anaheim (5-3-2, 2-0). Kelly Wooliever had 11 saves in her second consecutive shutout.

Sea View League girls:

Corona del Mar 1, Tustin 0--Tracy Schriber scored 15 minutes into game for host Corona del Mar (8-5-1, 3-0).

University 2, Woodbridge 2--Jenni Whiteley scored two goals in the second half to tie the score for host University (5-4-6, 1-0-2).

El Toro 2, Capistrano Valley 0--Shawn Viloria scored her 27th goal of the season on a head shot and Shawna Berke also scored in the first half for visiting El Toro (18-0-2, 1-0-2), ranked No. 1 in 4-A.

Irvine 1, Dana Hills 0--Sandra Lutsch scored midway through the first half as host Irvine (10-2-4, 1-0-2) defeated Dana Hills, ranked 10th in 4-A.

Sunset League boys:

Ocean View 2, Santa Ana 1--Dan Tomlin scored on a penalty kick with eight minutes remaining for visiting Ocean View (12-4-2, 2-2) in a game that was originally scheduled Jan. 4 but was postponed by rain.
