Return of Archie and Meathead?”All in the Family” creator Norman Lear said that the hit series from the 1970s may be revived with a major syndication push next year. Lear told television critics meeting in Los Angeles that Columbia Pictures, which owns the program, will either launch a campaign to promote the series through syndication, or attempt to place it on a network in the form of prime-time reruns. “There has been an expression of interest by a network,” Lear said.
