Duncan’s Workout: Sandy Duncan has come up with an exercise video for couch potatoes. “It’s no-impact,” she says. “What it does is ease arthritic joints and reduce stress for people whose idea of exercise is reading a book or pouring a cup of coffee.” Duncan’s workout takes only five minutes a day and she says it’s a good starting point for people who want to move on to tougher video exercise programs. “People shouldn’t rush into a Jane Fonda or Raquel Welch workout,” she says. “It’s a great beginning for older women who hope to do the Angela Lansbury workout.”
