Body of Man Found Near Sunland
Los Angeles police on Sunday were investigating the death of a man whose body was found by horseback riders in the Big Tujunga Wash near Sunland.
Officer Gina Hull said the 26-year-old man, whose name was not released pending notification of relatives, appeared to have been slain, but she would not release details about the death.
No arrests had been made, and the motive for the killing was unclear, police said. The body was discovered about 9:20 a.m. Saturday.
