Ronald L. Hartje has been named a partner in the consulting firm of Howard, Needles, Tammen & Bergendoff, Irvine. Hartje directs the firm’s engineering and architecture efforts throughout California and is currently the project director for the Corridor Design Management Group, a joint venture providing design management services for three toll roads in Orange County.
