Mario Jackson, who scored a career-high 30 points, hit a 14-foot baseline jumper off an inbounds pass with one second left in overtime to give Oregon State an 87-85 victory over Washington State in a Pacific 10 game Saturday night at Corvallis, Ore.

The Beavers had the ball out of bounds with one second to play, but guard Will Brantley’s inbounds pass bounced off Washington State’s Brian Paine, shaving a couple fractions of a second off the clock.

Brantley hit Jackson with a second inbounds pass and Jackson’s shot went through the net after the buzzer sounded.
