Chilling News for Ice: Rap star Vanilla Ice has an arrest warrant waiting for him back home in Texas, issued because he hasn’t paid a $516.50 fine for a 1988 assault conviction. Ice, 23, spent a year on probation but never paid the fine for spraying a chemical into the eyes of a teen-ager, beating him over the head and chasing him and another teen-ager across a Dallas grocery parking lot. Ice reportedly is not aware of the warrant but his lawyer says the fine will be paid.
