Dismay Over Bremberg’s Comment
I note with some dismay the quote attributed to Councilwoman Ginger Bremberg (Feb. 7 Glendale section) when confronted with proposals and comments made by candidate Bob Torres. She stated, “The depths of abysmal ignorance were astonishing.” Strong words indeed.
Apparently Mrs. Bremberg enjoys her role as the unofficial “Good Old Boy” spokesperson for the mayor, the council and the establishment’s new slate of political ingenues, Mary Ann Plumley, Eileen Givens and Mary Ann Prelock!
