Hall of Fame member Jim Palmer could start for the Baltimore Orioles when the exhibition season gets under way in early March.
“I’m going to look at both him and Mike Flanagan as starters,” Manager Frank Robinson said. Palmer, 45, threw for the third time and did not report any problems.
