What Barkley Does Makes Him Valuable
Regarding Mark Heisler’s NBA column on Feb. 24:
Charles Barkley should be the MVP because he outshines all other players, night in and night out. He doesn’t win a best-dressed contest and he doesn’t have the best manners in the NBA. He brings a mediocre team that lost its star point guard into playoff contention. He should have won last year. Stick to watching Arsenio, Mark; Barkley is the 1991 MVP.
