Later With Tom Snyder: Tom Snyder, the ex-TV talk show host who now works in radio, is returning to the world of television gab. Snyder will host NBC’s “Later With Bob Costas” fromMarch 18-21, which airs in the same 1:30 a.m. time slot Snyder appeared on when he hosted NBC’s “Tomorrow” from October, 1973, to January, 1982. Snyder’s current ABC radio talk show can be heard on KWNK (670-AM) weeknights from 7-10 p.m.
