IT’S ALWAYS SOMETHING: A Santa Ana resident in the audience for the City Council meeting this week couldn’t take it any more. Somewhere there was a drip, driving her to distraction . . . . Councilwoman Patricia A. McGuigan tracked it to a sink in the council’s study chamber and ordered it fixed. McGuigan noted the city just enacted drought measures and it was wrong to tell others what to do with water “when we waste it like that.”
