IN BRIEF : Women of Honor Awards Luncheon Set

“Restore--a Renewal Center for Women Inc.” will hold its 1991 Women of Honor Heart to Heart Awards Luncheon Saturday at the West Angeles Church of God in Christ, 3045 Crenshaw Blvd., Los Angeles.
Rolina Brown, Carlene Vandervort and others will be honored. Norwood Clark Jr. will emcee the program, which will include appearances by Lisa Minnerly, the Johns Sisters and Thelma Gray.
The reception is 11 a.m., lunch at noon. An open house reception at Restore’s Home, 1258 Victoria Ave., will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Tickets are $20. Information: (213) 937-7672.
