ACTION! The Bravo cable arts channel will be available to more South County viewers on July 1 (F2), but before then a crew from its “ArtsBreak” series will be in town to film a little culture. . . . The 8- to 10-minute segments will focus on the local arts scene, including a performance by the Capistrano Valley Symphony. A later program will feature Laguna Playhouse, Ballet Pacifica, Laguna Art Museum and the Pageant of the Masters.
