Officer of Koll Construction Made Executive VP of Region
Victor D. Laidlaw has been promoted to executive vice president of Koll Construction for the southern region.
He will be in the company’s new offices in the Long Beach Airport area, where the Los Angeles and Newport Beach divisions have relocated.
Before his new appointment, Laidlaw had been senior vice president of the southern region.
