Elliott S. Rose has been appointed senior vice president for the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates Inc. in Costa Mesa. He joined the company as vice president and regional director of its Southeast region in 1987. In 1990, Rose was named vice president of the Eastern sector with responsibility for sales and service in an 18-state area.
