Fillmore : Anti-Drug Program Plans Free Barbecue

The Palmer Drug Abuse Program will celebrate the one-year anniversary of the Fillmore satellite center with a free barbecue Saturday.
The public is invited to enjoy hot dogs, hamburgers and soft drinks at no charge from noon to 4 p.m. in Fillmore Central Park. Center Coordinator Ed Ramirez said the festivities would include games, taped music and prizes.
The Fillmore PDAP center is located at 565 Sespe Ave. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
