Identity of Woman Still Unknown
The identity of a woman whose body was found by the side of a road in Lopez Canyon has not yet been determined, a spokesman for the Los Angeles County coroner’s office said Wednesday.
The body was found by a motorist Monday night on the shoulder of Lopez Canyon Road north of Paxton Street. The woman was believed to be in her early to mid-30s.
She had been shot in the chest, according to sheriff’s deputies.
