WHERE’S MICKEY?: Orange County’s image isn’t faring too well in Sacramento--and this time we aren’t even talking politics. According to Assemblyman Gil Ferguson (R-Newport Beach), the county’s window display on the ground floor of the Capitol “is falling apart,” and he wants the county to do something. . . . Supervisor Gaddi H. Vasquez has promised that the display will be spruced up--as soon as he finds a way to pay for it. . . . One main complaint about the dismal display: There’s no sign of Mickey Mouse.
