Jacqueline Boatwright, a Miss Black America contestant who says boxer Mike Tyson fondled her against her will, nonetheless wants no part of a lawsuit against the former heavyweight champion.

“I don’t think a lawsuit is necessary,” said Boatwright, who is among 10 contestants listed as victims in the suit a pageant official has filed against Tyson. “I think the whole thing is being blown out of proportion.”

The $21-million suit filed by pageant director J. Morris Anderson accuses Tyson of fondling the 10 women during festivities surrounding the July event in Indianapolis.
