Coming Attractions: CBS filled some late-night slots Tuesday. “Personals,” a new romantic game show, premieres Sept. 16 (12:30-1 a.m.), and “Night Games,” featuring six singles each night in a party game atmosphere, begins Oct. 14 (1-1:30 a.m.). Also coming is “Smith & Jones,” a British sketch comedy show starring Mel Smith and Griff Rhys Jones, Sept. 16-Oct. 11 at 1 a.m.
