BASEBALL DAILY REPORT : AROUND THE MAJOR LEAGUES : Griffey Sr. Undergoes Surgery

Seattle Mariner outfielder Ken Griffey Sr., who has been on the disabled list since June, underwent successful surgery in Cincinnati to remove a disk from his neck. The Mariners said Griffey, 41, should be able to resume full activity in about three months.
