Archbold, Parsons Advance at Surf Meet

San Clemente surfers Matt Archbold and Mike Parsons advanced to the second round of the $35,000 Body Glove Pro Thursday in Atlantic City, N.J.
Also advancing were Shane Stoneman of San Juan Capistrano, Pat O’Connell and Vince De La Pena of Laguna Niguel, Shane Beschen and Jim Hogan of San Clemente, Kirk Tice of Huntington Beach and Chris Billy of Dana Point.
