Before he became stranded with Little Buddy on “Gilligan’s Island,” Alan Hale Jr. guest- starred on The Andy Griffith Show (Monday at 3:35 p.m. on TBS) as a farmer looking for a wife who sets his heart on Barney’s main squeeze, Thelma Lou.

TNT has unearthed yet another short-lived series from the fabulous ‘60s--A Man Called Shenandoah (Monday at 2:35 a.m. on TNT). Robert Horton of “Wagon Train” fame starred in this ABC Western as Shenandoah, a man shot in a gunfight and left to die on the prairie. He regained his health but not his memory and spent the entire 1965-66 season traveling from town to town in search of his identity.

Did you know that Ed was a staunch L.A. Dodger fan? Well, his dreams come true when he meets then-Dodger manager Leo Durocher on Mr. Ed (Tuesday at 11:30 p.m. on Nickelodeon).
