COLLEGE FOOTBALL DAILY REPORT : AROUND THE NATION : Oregon’s Musgrave a Lukewarm Choice
Oregon Coach Rich Brooks will be trying quarterback No. 3 when Doug Musgrave, brother of former Duck great Bill Musgrave, lines up against Washington.
The starter when the season began, Danny O’Neil, is out for the season with a dislocated thumb, and his replacement, Brett Salisbury, is out with a strained shoulder sustained in practice.
Musgrave was chosen over Kyle Crowston, but hardly got a vote of confidence. “I’m just looking to see who doesn’t screw things up right now,” Brooks said of his quarterback decision.
