VENTURA : Man Arrested in Stabbing Attack
A Ventura man is accused of stabbing a visitor six times during a fight Saturday morning after the victim refused to leave his home, police said.
Robert Rudner, 47, was arrested after a fight with Ricardo Moreno, who was visiting Rudner at his house in the 200 block of Olive Street, Ventura Police Cpl. Ken Corney said. Moreno was stabbed with a knife about 3:30 a.m. He was in fair condition later Saturday at Ventura County Medical Center, a nursing supervisor said. Rudner is being held at Ventura County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
