RED BALL: When it comes to baseball in the Soviet Union, the Moscow Red Devils are the team to beat, and the Red Army team their stiffest competition. They’ve already got baseball cards, says John Lehr, a Laguna Beach attorney who took part in a Baseball Ambassadors program to the Soviet Union (E1) and brought some back. . . . “The cards are written in English to be marketed when they visit the U.S. soon,” Lehr says. “In the Soviet Union, the crowd is usually just family and friends.”
