The Spirit of Troy After 52-30 Cal-amity
After watching the Trojans lose four times, including three at home, and the mugging at Cal, it has become apparent (to me) that Reggie Perry cannot play quarterback. His lowlight film consists of a ball bouncing harmlessly on the turf after the latest incompletion, overthrow or near-interception.
Where’s the fabled “Spirit of Troy?” The pathetic effort at Cal shows that Larry Smith has failed to teach aggressive football. Hey Larry, Give the ball to Rob Johnson and learn the meaning of “Fight On.”
