Trout Back and Anglers Have Them
The transition to winter fishing is under way at most Southland reservoirs, and the focus is turning from bass and catfish to trout.
Top catch: a 5-pound 12-ounce rainbow taken from Irvine by Stan Goodman of La Puente. Top stringer: a double limit totaling 19 pounds 6 ounces taken from San Diego’s Lake Vicente by Tim Burch and Brent Tanner of San Diego.
