PRO FOOTBALL DAILY REPORT : RAIDERS : Allen’s Knee Not Full Strength Yet

Marcus Allen favored his right knee at times during last Sunday’s 31-7 victory over the Seattle Seahawks at the Coliseum, but Coach Art Shell doesn’t think the tailback aggravated the injury.

“You’d like to say take two months off and you’ll be all right,” Shell said. “But with what he has, he can play and make a contribution.”
