Florida State junior wide receiver Eric Turral has been reinstated to the team for the Cotton Bowl against Texas A&M; under conditions described as “last chance” by Coach Bobby Bowden. Turral did not play in the game at Florida on Nov. 30 after being suspended for missing practice.
