Former New York Giant coach Bill Parcells, who spurned Tampa Bay once, will meet with Buccaneer owner Hugh Culverhouse today about the team’s coaching vacancy, according to the Tampa Tribune. Parcells turned down a five-year, $6.5-million offer from the Buccaneers on Dec. 29, but he apparently telephoned Culverhouse to ask that he be considered for the position again.
