New York Yankee pitcher Steve Howe, arrested on cocaine-related charges last month, took a lie-detector test at his own request from a federal drug agent.
Howe has pleaded not guilty and is scheduled for trial Jan. 30 in Missoula, Mont. A U.S. attorney said results of the test will not be made public.
