Gull center Len Hachborn, who has 90 points and leads the International Hockey League with 63 assists, missed his second game in a row while serving a suspension by the league as the Gulls lost, 6-2, at Milwaukee. Hachborn was suspended for an undisclosed number of games for bumping referee Luke Galvin during the Gulls’ 4-1 loss Friday at Kansas City.

Hachborn, who anchors the league’s top scoring line, is expected to miss Tuesday’s game against Peoria at the San Diego Sports Arena. The Gulls obtained winger Pat Cavanaugh, who took one shot and served five penalty minutes for fighting in his debut against Milwaukee.
