SchoolPower president Kim Shirley , left, joins gala co-chairwomen Joy Curry, center, and Dona Harman at the “Reaching for the Stars” benefit held Friday at the Four Seasons Hotel in Newport Beach. Net Proceeds estimated at $120,000 will benefit SchoolPower, the educational foundation of the Laguna Beach Unified School District. Gay Pivaoff and Bonnie Lutz were co-chairwomen of the auction committee.
