One Sacramento King owner is suing another owner to prevent the proposed sale of the team to Southern California developers. Bob Cook, a Sacramento developer who owns 12.5% of the team, filed suit in Sacramento Superior Court against Gregg Lukenbill, the managing partner. Lukenbill is negotiating a deal to sell 53% of the team and Arco Arena to a group of developers led by Jim Thomas of Santa Monica.
