Glendale : Armenian School Expansion
Directors of Chamlian Armenian School have accepted a series of strict conditions imposed by the city that will permit the private school to gradually increase enrollment from 425 to 500, Principal Vazken Madenlian said.
The school had sought to enroll up to 600 students at its four-acre campus at 4444 Lowell Ave. Instead, a zoning variance provides for more conservative growth under 30 conditions.
