Emmy Duties: Talk show host Phil Donahue and soap opera star Susan Lucci will host the 19th annual Daytime Emmy Awards, which will be seen in prime time June 23 on NBC. Donahue is an eight-time Emmy winner. Lucci has been nominated for 12 Daytime Emmys during her 21 years on “All My Children” but has yet to win. This year’s ceremony will originate in New York, with Dick Clark as executive producer. Nominees will be announced Thursday.
