OXNARD : 2 Men Indicted on Drug Sale Charges
The Ventura County grand jury on Thursday indicted two Oxnard men arrested earlier this month on suspicion of running a cocaine and heroin ring in Oxnard.
Jose Luis Martinez, 49, and Jesus Heredia Naranjo, 20, were indicted on suspicion of conspiring to distribute heroin and cocaine and of possession of the drugs for sale.
Arraignment of the pair is scheduled for May 22. They are being held in Ventura County Jail, with bail set at $20,000 for Martinez and $100,000 for Naranjo, Deputy Dist. Atty. Nancy Ayers said.
