Me And Molly Wins Feature at Hollywood Park
Me And Molly took the lead in midstretch and pulled away to win Wednesday’s $34,000 feature race at Hollywood Park by 1 3/4 lengths over Cafe West before a crowd of 7,462.
Me And Molly, ridden by Alex Solis and carrying 119 pounds, covered 1 1/16 miles in 1:43 2/5 and paid $6.60, $3.60 and $2.60. The victory was worth $18,700.
Cafe West, ridden by Laffit Pincay, was three lengths in front of Bright Ways and returned $5 and $3.20.
Bright Ways, ridden by Kent Desormeaux, was three-quarters of a length ahead of Still On The Hill and paid $2.60 to show.
Following Still On The Hill across the finish line in the allowance race for fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up, were Reyadance, Arking and Moveable Night. There were no scratches.
