The Lakers will return to the University of Hawaii for their annual training camp, to be conducted in October. After three years in Hawaii, the Lakers held their training camp at Palm Desert last year because they committed to play in the NBA’s McDonald’s Open in Paris.
Besides workouts Oct. 9-15, the Lakers will play exhibition games against the Portland Trail Blazers on Oct. 16 and 17 at the Blaisdell Center Arena in Honolulu.
