Agent Lon Rosen said Magic Johnson does not expect to make a decision about a comeback for two or three weeks.
“Like he said in Barcelona, he will make a decision after he speaks with his doctor and his wife,” Rosen said. “It’s not just a medical decision.”
Rosen said Johnson would make a decision in early September when he returns from Hawaii, where he is holding an adult basketball camp with Laker General Manager Jerry West. Johnson and his wife, Cookie, plan to meet with his physician, David Ho, upon their return from Hawaii, Rosen said.
