Emergency Services Coordinator Gerald Shamburg will discuss earthquakes and emergency preparedness at a public forum to be held today by Councilman Larry Zarian.
The monthly forum, open to audience questions, will be from 7 to 9 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall, 613 E. Broadway.
