Man Pulled From Lake, Hospitalized
SANTA ANA —
A man who was pulled from the bottom of a lake Thursday afternoon by a witness who had seen him struggle remained hospitalized in critical condition.
The unidentified man was swimming across the north lake in Centennial Regional Park about 3:25 p.m. when he started to struggle, witnesses told police.
Josafat Aguirre, 26, saw the man go under and dove in after him, said Lt. Earl Porter.
