A Vote for Murphy . . . Not: Guess who’s appearing in a KTLA promo for “Murphy Brown,” which the station starts airing nightly next week? Vice President Dan Quayle cut a 10-second spot Tuesday while he was at KTLA to appear on the “Morning News.” Asked what is his favorite program, the vice president responds: “ ‘Murphy Brown’ on Channel 5 . . . Not!”
