Quarterbacks Michael Carter and Ivin Jasper each passed for two touchdowns to lead Hawaii to a 55-25 victory over Nevada Las Vegas in a game at Honolulu that ended late Saturday night.
Carter, who entered the game with six completions in 21 passes in five games, completed his first five passes during the opening drive. He capped it with a 23-yard touchdown pass to Darrick Branch, who also caught a 67-yarder from Jasper in the third quarter.
The Rainbows (5-1) dominated the Rebels (3-4), running up a 31-0 halftime lead.
