Coming to Your Tube: MTV political reporter Tabitha Soren will catch up with President Bush Sunday in Wisconsin for a short interview to air that afternoon between 4-5 p.m. The Clinton/Gore team already has been on the music network . . . William Forsythe and Tom Amandes have been cast as Al Capone and Eliot Ness in Paramount’s upcoming TV series, “The Untouchables,” premiering in January. . . . Robert Duvall and Julia Ormond are going to Moscow for the Nov. 7 world premiere of HBO’s “Stalin,” in which they star. The film has its debut on HBO on Nov. 21.
